Harmon Skurnik 30th April 2010

I am Mark's 1st cousin from New Yawk (as he used to say). He was born one month before me in 1958. We got Bar Mitzvahed one month apart. Even at the age of 13, his love of music was unending - passionate beyond anything I had ever witnessed. We played together, sang an awesome version of Lennon/McCartney's "The Two of Us", and I basically envied him at that time for his passion and the fact that the guy with the guitar got all the girls. Of course, he found his life love with Florence many years later, but never lost his passion for music or the Beatles. I am shocked and saddened at the loss of my cousin - I can only hope he's in heaven right now, having a beer with John Lennon. Sincerest condolences from New Yawk, Flo...Harmon Skurnik
