My 1st arrna concert was with Mark at the Chicago Amplitheatre to see Alice Cooper's Billion Dollor Babies tour. We had to take the '' EL'' and got off at 42nd and halsted.Very bad neighborhood and were waiting for a bus and i saw a cop comming so i waved him down. Mark didn't know i waved him down. We wore parka's and had joints in each side pocket of each jacket. The cop searched us but did not look in those pockets. He thanasked what were doing in a neighborhood like that. ( The officer was white) I told him we were going to the Amplitheatre and he said get in and gave us a ride there. We safely made it home as well. This comes as a total schock to everyone and it is to hard to believe that he has passed on to rock and roll heaven such a young age. My thoughts and prayers go out to Marks wife and family and all his friends and bandmates. We love you Mark!!!
